HAPARDES

This 320 sqm private villa is situated on a 500 sqm plot, next to an agricultural area east of Rishpon. From the large entrance door, one can already perceive the back yard across the entrance hall. The ground floor consists of an open floor plan, with a living room and an open kitchen both overlooking the garden through large sliding glass doors. This floor also consists of a large open den as well as a bedroom suite and a guest restroom.  The stone staircase, with metal and glass railing, leads to the first floor, alongside a three-story high curtain wall. This floor includes two children rooms, a spacious bathroom and a master bedroom with a large private terrace. The second and last floor includes another bedroom suite, with a huge rooftop terrace.

The design aimed to create an open feeling, while maintaining the privacy of the inhabitants despite the small plot and the proximity of neighboring houses. This idea is achieved through a thick vegetation landscape, and by creating large openings to the private yard, while planning more private facades, with ribbon windows, facing the neighboring houses.
